Puttu recipe: Sprinkle a little water with the required amount of puttu flour and mix it without lumps. Keep it as a spare in an idli pan, put water at the bottom and cook the puttu flour on the top plate for five minutes. Then pour it on a plate and add grated coconut and sugar. The puttu is ready.
