Well, we did, and with a very limited range of options to look at, we decided to design our own. Classic 4130 Butted Cromoly tubing gives the bar a unique ride quality and “feel” that only steel can offer. Inspired by the classic V-Cross BMX bars from the 80’s we decided to add this feature to our handlebar. They’re wider than most at 820mm ( can be cut down to 720mm ) and have a comfortable 12 degree rear sweep with a 70mm rise. In keeping with the retro/BMX style the clamp diameter on these is 22.2mm so your standard BMX stem will be the perfect addition to complete the cockpit. We now offer our own 22.2 BMX Style stem HERE. Should you want to run a 31.8 MTB stem then a shim set like those from the guys at PROBLEM SOLVERS would do the trick.
