Preparation:*New or Bare Timber*Bare wood must be clean, smooth, dry and free from wax, dust and other surface contaminants.Wood knots and other resinous areas should be wiped with Methylated Spirit to remove any surface resin*Previously Coated Timber*Ensure that all previous paints and varnishes are fully removed by sanding or with a suitable varnish and paint stripper,before oiling Application:Always do a test area before starting any project to assess product suitability and final finish. Follow the manufacturer’s instructionson the container at all times. Shake well before use1. Apply liberally with a Cloth or other clean lint-free cloth2. Work the oil into the grain of the wood3. Leave to dry for 1 hour4. Buff the surface with a clean lint-free cloth5. Apply more coats for an increased sheen level6.
