Mappillai Samba Rava: Health Benefits: Increase Muscle Growth Strengthen Your Body Maintain Overall Men’s Health PREPARATION METHOD FOR MAPPILLAI SAMBA RAVA UPMA: Preparatory Method: Dry Roast Mappillai Samba Rava in low flame for few minutes. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add Mustard, Orid dhall, Gram dhall, Curry Leaves, Ginger, chilly, Asafoetida and onion. Saute them in medium flame. After sauteing add 400 ml of water to it and let it boil. To the boiling water add the roasted Mappillai Samba Rava and let it cook. Add few drops of lemon juice at the finishing and serve hot. PREPARATION METHOD FOR MAPPILLAI SAMBA RAVA KICHADI: Preparatory Method: Dry Roast Mappillai Samba Rava in low flame for few minutes. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add Mustard, Orid dhall, Bengal dhall, Curry Leaves , Ginger, Asafoetida and onion. Saute them in medium flame. Then add chopped vegetables and fry. After Sauteing add 400 ml of water to it and let it boil. To the boiling water add the roasted Mappillai Samba Rava and let it cook. Add few drops of lemon juice at the finishing and serve hot. PREPARATION METHOD FOR MAPPILLAI SAMBA RAVA KARA KOZHUKATTAI: Preparatory Method: Dry Roast Mappillai Samba Rava in low flame for few minutes. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add Mustard, Orid dhall, Bengal dhall, Curry Leaves , Ginger, Asafoetida, Red Chilli, groundnuts, cashews and Salt. Saute them in medium flame. After sauteing add 300 ml of water to it and let it boil. When the water is well reduced, then mix with grated coconut, lemon juice and remove the mixture from the oven. After covering for 10 minutes, hold a small handful of pudding and steam for 10 minutes. Serve with a coconut chutney or coriander chutney.
