Description These almonds were first uncovered by the Chocolate Detective in 1983 while visiting her beloved Provence. They are made from local almonds by the Doucet family who have been honing their craft for generations. Roasted & caramelised before being covered in dark chocolate and cocoa powder, there’s just the faintest hint of wild herbs in the caramel. Both soft & crunchy, these are extremely hard to resist so always open the bag when guests arent present!
